Set within the peaceful location of Lo Crispin, this smart urbanisation is just 2km from Neighbouring Quesada. The surrounding areas are awash with a number of typical Spanish towns and villages such the famous San Miguel and Algorfa.

This Luxury Villa has recently undergone a complete refurbishment in February 2016, very tastefully decorated with fantastic reviews.

With spectacular views of the distant mountains, this location is perfect for watching the evening sunset on one of the terraces or the large roof terrace that also affords fantastic panoramic views and is complimented by a pagoda for the optional shade.

This area of Costa Blanca is renowned for its blue skies, sunshine, white sandy beaches and some of the most dramatic mountain ranges in Europe.

Lo Crispin has 2 local bars, both within very easy walking distance, offering regular entertainment throughout the season.

Either Guardamar or Torrevieja are the nearest beaches to Villa Crispin, both resorts are only a 10-minute drive, either resort is boasting with over 14km of white sandy blue flag beaches, with safe waters for swimming and water sports.

Torrevieja which has a fantastic variety of bars, restaurants, shops and has a lovely seaside promenade and marina, with an excellent night time market.

The accommodation is a beautifully designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached holiday villa, with its own private pool, free WIFI and international TV.

This high standard accommodation comprises of a master suite complete with wet room and separate bathroom as well as a walk in wardrobe for additional spacious storage.

There are two further bedrooms consisting of twin bed layouts that can be arranged into double rooms, both with ample wardrobe storage.

The fully fitted kitchen is spacious and furnished with appliances of a modern home.

The outside BBQ area caters for the freedom of alfresco dining, on one of the several terraces available in the private grounds of Villa Crispin.

The lounge is tastefully furnished with an unusual high vaulted ceiling.
Leading from the lounge are both to the front and rear terraced seating areas, the rear terrace provides beautiful views to the distant mountains, whilst the front terraces provide a great view of the pool area.

Neighbouring Quesada has everything you need from major supermarkets, ATM’s multi cuisine restaurants and its own aqua water park.

One of the region’s largest market (Zocco’s) is held each Sunday very close by selling local produce and wines, this is a great day out allowing you sample the true Spanish way of life.

If you are a golfer nearby you will find many beautiful high quality golf courses such as La Marquesa, La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar, Alicante,
El Plantio and Bonalba, to name but a few.
