Our succulent cattle steaks come from Angus Cattle, which have grown up in the wide herbs of Australia. The beef steaks are comparable to the American steaks, since it is the same breed and the same rearing, and is identical. The different climatic conditions in Australia, however create a unique taste. 150 days before the slaughter, the Angus cattle are fed additionally whit corn-grain mixture, whereby their meat receives the marbling typical for these cattle. With the powerful marbling our bovine steaks offer a particulary intense taste experience.
