Pavone is a lovely two floor house located in the ancient port of Ibiza in the Marina district. Dating from the early twentieth century it was converted into a restaurant in 1984 when Giorgio & Michele the historical owners of the restaurant decided to move to Ibiza. They were young and in love and decided to get away from the monotony of everyday life to begin a new adventure. It was so that was born Il Pavone where after 30 years we still welcome our guests with the same enthusiasm and dedication.
