INCOMA is a consultancy on European projects that came to life in 2003 in Seville thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of a group of young people that had been beneficiaries of educational programmes financed by the European Union.

During over more than a decade, INCOMA group has expanded its scope of activities, currently working with partners and clients in most European countries and other parts of the world. Throughout this period of time, INCOMA has increased and diversified its services. Apart from the consultancy services in the field of training, it offers a language school focused on teaching foreign languages, a company specialised in transnational mobility and consulting services to public and private entities in the field of training and mobility in Europe.

INCOMA group’s objective is to facilitate mobility and increase citizenship training through ideas and initiatives under the framework of transnational projects. Therefore, it develops mobility and research projects, as well as projects aiming at the transfer and exchange of good practices, especially those focusing on projects targeting groups at risk of social exclusion and groups facing labour insertion difficulties (young employment people, women and immigrants).

Its values relate to the cornerstone values of the European Union, namely democracy, social justice and the respect for cultural minorities, which are promoted and strengthened in all of the INCOMA group’s projects.
