Welcome to Los Arcos Realty!

Los Arcos Realty was founded in the summer of 2000.

Our office is situated in the town of Fuengirola, Málaga, in Avenida Jesús Santos Rein 17, local 6, which belongs to the lovely urbanisation of Puebla Lucía, at only a few minutes walking from the train station and the beach.

Our goal is to inform and help our clients during their search for the ideal holiday home, permanent residence or investment. Whether you want to be near the coast or more inland we will show you the best properties according to your budget.

Once you have come to a decision we will guide you through the purchase procedures and introduce you to the best banks, lawyers and accountants, if you wish.

Our after-sales-service is just great, we must admit! We will be there for you long after you have moved in.

Our team exists out of three members: Elly, Marc and Sven. We are a small family from Belgium and we enjoy living in Spain for over two decades now! With us you can speak Dutch, French, German, English and Spanish.

The areas we specialise in are from Málaga to Sotogrande, especially in Benalmádena Costa, Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella and Guadalmina. If you prefer to be in a different area, more inland or in the Costa de la Luz, there is no problem at all. We like to work with special orders!

Once we have found the right property for you, we will guide you through the purchase procedure and make sure everything is crystal-clear and safe.
