KsaR is a unique design and interiors company specializing in the design and set-up of boutique hotels, small resorts, private villas and retail showrooms. From concept through to creation, KsaR has every element of your valued project covered.

Founded over 12 years ago by style-setting husband and wife duo Alberto Cortes and Yvonne Hulst, the idea behind KsaR is to bring together the very best design elements from around the world, thus creating truly memorable projects. The couple hails from an extensive background in interior design in Holland, with a shared passion for fashion and travel making them international experts in the art of holiday architecture.

Working with only the highest quality materials sourced from across the globe, KsaR can create bespoke furnishings, custom-designed tiles, made-to-order curtains and carpets - the possibilities are endless. Living areas, bathrooms and swimming pools are their forte, as they also produce and import their own tiles, natural stones and flooring. Exceptional workmanship is the finishing touch.

In addition to interior design projects, KsaR are also highly experienced in the set-up of luxury rental villas. From stocking the kitchen with the perfect glasses and tableware to kitting out each bedroom with the highest quality bedding and bathrooms with luxurious towels, no detail is overlooked when transforming your villa into a luxury five-star rental.
