Calpe, (Nov 02, 2017) Ilanga, Wellness and Health Centre in Calpe has opened its doors to the public, offering a variety of alternative therapies, such as Thai Yoga Massage, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy, Ayurvedic Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy and more. Ilanga also proposes Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Pilates , Qigong and Beach Yoga on a daily basis , as well as meditation.

Yoga and pilates students are able to enjoy their favourite classes in a cozy and friendly environment without external distractions. There are a wide variety of payment options, per month, per class or class passes, finding a solution for each budget and need.

Saturdays and week ends are reserved for a variety of activities such as wellness days, talks, demonstrations, workshops such as Acroyoga and Mindfulness courses. The first wellness day will take place on the 2nd of December
