Cugo Gran is an Exclusive 11 bedroom Private Luxury Villa with all the services of a 5* hotel. Exclusive Use bookings can be made throughout the year and B&B bookings in mid and low season.

It is the perfect location for family holidays, milestone birthdays, show-stopping weddings, private parties and events, corporate retreats and luxury wellness retreats.

Cugo Gran is situated in a 250 acre estate in Menorca with breath-taking 180° sea views. It has a 26 metre infinity pool, BBQ area, several outdoor dining areas, a gym and spa treatment room and a tree-house for the kids.

Out of peak season, which is Mid-June to Mid-September, guests can rent out just the main house at Cugo Gran, (7 rooms - max 14 people) Exclusive Use only, rather than the whole property (11 rooms – max 22 people)

All rooms can be either twin or double rooms.

Mid-June to Mid-September is Exclusive Use of the main house only and a min of 7 nights. Price 74,000 euros.

All Exclusive Use prices include:
• Exclusive use of Cugó Gran and its 11 ensuite bedrooms
(max 22 people)
• Airport Transfers
(Only for flights arriving after 12 noon and departing before 12 noon)
• Breakfast every day
• 5 lunches and 5 dinners for 7 nights
• 2 lunches and 2 dinners for 3 nights
• 1 chauffeur drive 8 seater vehicle
(available daily from 10am to midnight)
• Naturally filtered water from the Cugó Gran estate
• Daily cleaning and turndown service
• Concierge service

Prices do not include, but which we can provide at an additional charge:
• Drinks
(we have a fully stocked paying bar – wines can be chosen in advance)
