Steve Coster Fitness has one simple aim. To make exercise interesting, achievable & affordable to everyone regardless of age, weight or physical ability. People who have made the decision to start training should be encouraged and motivated, never judged or laughed at!!
I have studied Martial Arts & Self Defence Systems for 35 years and I am of the belief that Martial Arts training is one of the most complete and effective forms of exercise available.
It encompasses a wide & varied system of exercises to train every muscle group in the body and bring about a sense of harmony through creating balance between Mind and Body. Through this knowledge I have created various programs so that there is a class to suit everyone!!
