Barcelona Bienestar is a name that means quality of service, a name you can trust. We organise fitness, sport and wellness holidays/retreats/services in and around Barcelona and Ibiza for clients from all over the world.
We can organise every aspect of your holiday including transfers and diet, or we can simply plan your daily fitness/sport program. We offer lifetime support packages as well so we will keep you fit long after your holiday is over.
Our holidays including weight loss, skiing/snowboarding, climbing, cycling, surfing, walking, SUP, golf, and many more. We use a range of techniques including HIIT, TRX, weighted vest, boxing, Pilates, circuits and massage.If you live in Barcelona or Ibiza, we also offer personal training services and all of the above services on a regular basis.
We work from our studio, outside on the beach and in parks, on the beach, in the mountains, and also in your home or hotel if you prefer.
