PERGAMINOS-FJ es un estudio profesional donde trabajamos todo tipo de expresión artística en pergamino auténtico (soporte de piel de res curtida y adobada), porque consideramos que la ilustración, la miniatura y la grafía en este noble soporte han permitido resistir los embates del tiempo de algunas de las más bellas obras que han tejido nuestra cultura. Nos avalan más de veinticinco años de investigación, experiencia y trabajo, junto al respaldo de algunas de las mejores colecciones y museos, además de los encargos de los servicios de protocolo de las más altas instancias políticas y sociales.

También nos respaldan prestigiosos colaboradores de la Universidad, Centros de Investigación, Medios de Comunicación, Museos, además de curtidores, restauradores, anticuarios, encuadernadores y otros talleres artesanos que siempre nos han ayudado en todo aquello que les hemos solicitado.

Nuestro compromiso fundamental es acercar esta hermosa expresión artística a todo aquél cuya sensibilidad y gusto estético apueste por las numerosas posibilidades que el pergamino ofrece, independientemente de presupuestos o posibilidades económicas. Porque queremos destruir el incómodo mito de que todo trabajo de rigor y calidad sólo es accesible a economías acomodadas.

Our Commitment
PARCHMENTS-FJ is a professional studio where we work all kind of artistic expressions using as support tanned hardened bovine leather (authentic parchment), because we consider that the illustration, the miniature and the calligraphy on this noble support has made possible to resist the reversals of time to some of the most beautiful works which have made up our culture. Our back up is made of twenty five years of investigation, experience and work, together with the support of some of the best collections and museums, in addition to the works ordered by the protocol service of some of the highest social and political Institutions.
We have also the support of prestigious collaborators from the University, Research Centres, Mass Media, Museums, in addition to tanners, restorers, antiques dealers, bookbinders and other artisan workshops who have always collaborated successfully with us.
Our main commitment is to bring this beautiful artistic expression to each person whose artistic sensitivity and esthetic taste appreciates and values the many possibilities that offer parchment, regardless the budget. Because we firmly disagree that a serious and quality work is only possible in exchange for a big quantity of money.
