Delicioso ~ Catering to You was begun out of my love of cooking; it is my passion. I remain a small company by choice to afford me the advantage of totally and personally catering to the needs of my clients. I do this by careful selection of the ingredients that I use, creating my dishes from scratch and taking the time to “design” the meal in every detail to suit the client’s theme (i.e., linens, eating utensils, table decorations are all selected to coordinate). We will prepare your selections then transport it to the location of your choice and serve your guests buffet style. We will provide all heating/warming equipment and will be happy to arrange for all your rental needs from napkins to dance floors. I have expanded to a more elaborate dessert selection and cake creations that are customized.

While my specialty is authentic Creole food, I am proficient in preparing many other dishes. My focus for all foods is that they are always created as if sitting at the kitchen table.
